Public IP of RED device

I am trying to troubleshoot some connectivity issues to a RED device. The device works and connects, but has poor connectivity at times. I believe it is ISP issues, but one thing I need from my XG to narrow it down is the public IP address that a RED device is connecting from.

In the network interfaces list RED devices show what IP their WAN port has, but most of my RED devices are on an employees home network and shows up as 192.168.0.5 for example. So the person's home network is performing NAT on it to the internet, but I need to try and find that public IP that it is getting NAT'd to so I can troubleshoot the connectivity to that ISP.

I know I can open up the packet capture and filter by port 3410 and my head end XG public IP address, but I have 6 REDs that show up with private IPs in the network interface page so I would somehow need to match 6 different IPs in the packet capture with REDs and I don't know how to start doing that other than having all six of those people unplug their REDs and power them on one at a time.

Is there any place I go to find the public IP that my REDs are using to connect back to me?
