I need help configuring templates. We want to create a template that we can use to load a customized base firewall configuration to new firewalls we are configuring for customers. I have seen the Sophos how-to but there seems to be some gaps in terms of how the template is actually created/ configured. We would like to just base it off of our current configuration we have here at the office minus a couple tweaks we've added which our customers will not need. Is there any more detailed resources available that includes the specific steps to do this?
