How do you report incorrect Application Classification?

Anyone know how to report an incorrect Application Classification to Sophos?

I was getting some rather unusually high network traffic for an application tagged as ask.fm, which is (apparently) a social networking site tagged in XG as "mobile" and "client server" and "loss of productivity."

Upon further investigation, this was tracked back to a Windows 10 client listening to iHeartRadio with the native Windows 10 iHeartRadio app running under the process ClearChannel.View.exe.
