550 5.7.64 TenantAttribution; Relay Access Denied

Using XG230, email MTA mode with Office365. Have it configured but unable to send emails. Get the following message.

550 5.7.64 TenantAttribution; Relay Access Denied [BY2NAM03FT033.eop-NAM03.prod.protection.outlook.com]

Sophos support has been unable to troubleshoot a solution for this issue. Any suggestions?

Hi Alan,

It sounds like you still need to enable an inbound connector in Office 365 with your public WAN IP.

Edit - Sophos has a KB article for setting up XG with Office 365. community.sophos.com/.../132416
