Incorrect UTQ reporting period

Hi,

I use XG(17.1.2) with my time zone set to UTC + 9
I am testing UTQ's report(1Day). I can not match the report displayed in WebAdmin with the report sent in Report Scheduling.
How can I correctly display the previous day's report?

When viewing the UTQ report (1Day) from WebAdmin it will appear as follows.
August 22: UserA score 100
August 21: UserB score 100
August 20: UserC score 100

Report Scheduling(Report received by the morning of August 23)
UserB score 50.07
UserC score 49.93

When Report Scheduling is set as Last 7 Days, UserA, UserB, UserC are displayed.
This will match the report in WebAdmin.

Would it be possible to enable the support access tunnel on your appliance and PM me with your support ID for further investigation?

Hi FloSupport,

I will send you a support ID and report emails in private messages.
The report I received today and yesterday looks exactly the same.
Perhaps XG has repeatedly sent reports on timing when Report Scheduling was set up?

Hi,

I have received exactly the same report for 5 days.
The period of the report(Report Scheduling) is not automatically updated.
Does anyone have the same experience?
