I have been running into a very odd issue with our XG firewalls. Under the Local Service ACL menu in the web UI the DNS check boxes are resetting to default by themselves. At least they seem to be resetting by themselves. When I run a check on the logs there is no log entry showing anyone changing anything except when I change them back to our standard setup.
So I have a couple questions. Can these be factory default reset some where else in the UI or CLI and not have a log of this generated? Is there any way to lock these down so that only the root admin (me) can change it and no other admin?
My own personal XG that I have had in my home for a year now does not suffer from this issue ever. So I am thinking these settings are being changed on purpose. No idea why as it breaks our Sophos DYN updating.
Really want to get to the bottom of this mystery.
