When I use tracert in my LAN, the first line is "172-15-0-1.lightspeed.stlsmo.sbcglobal.net" .. Why? It is like going to the internet.

tracert especially from windows will always try to resolve the IP, unless you do ...
tracert -d 8.8.8.8
this will note resolve the IP to a DNS entry.
