Same as I experienced after the MR1 upgrade, immediately after the MR2 upgrade my mail stopped flowing from my XG MTA to my internal mail server. (connection errors in my 'SYSTEM' log.)
This was again fixed by regenerating the Appliance certificate.
Everything else seems to be working for me in the MR2 upgrade.
Hope this helps someone else.
Perhaps Sophos will automate the certificate regen as part of future upgrades, or address this upgrade issue some other way?
