Block https://accounts.google.com/

You would most likely need to post a wee bit more information about that.

For example I also block this URL via Web policies and it works fine.

Are you scanning / decrypting HTTPS traffic?

Do you have the Web Policy attached to a Firewall rule and applied to the users who you wish to block?

Is that web policy set to Deny?

Have you checked in Exceptions to ensure there are no wildcards like *.google.com otherwise it will bypass scanning and filtering.

I have different policies to different user groups so mine is always on

Currently we aren't using users or user groups.

We are only addressing to devices, networks, IPs and MAC addresses.  

Most of our computers are shared devices with one user.

It's not blocking accounts.google.com whatsoever, but everything else is working.

Do you have .google.com in your Exceptions list?

Or another Firewall rule above it that takes precedence?

In the Firewall Logs which rule are they hitting when they go to the site as that will tell you what Firewall rule to add the web policy to

Yes I had google in the exception list.

I noticed in your screen shot some added features I wasn't seeing in mine.

I Updated to the latest firmware.  

This did the trick - Problem solved

My bad I was relying on our SOPHOS partner to catch this and he didn't.
