Can u help me to set L2TP VPN

I Set configure VPN L2TP for android and failure, kindly need your help. 

This my log

    Welcome to the Sophos Community!

    I would advise to follow the steps outlined in this KB article. As well, ensure to configure your Local ID as your XG's WAN Public IP.

    Let me know if you run into any issues.

    Hey Nezar,

    I'd like to investigate your network configuration further, would it be possible to please enable the support access tunnel on your XG and PM me with the ID?
