Sophos support access function need to open what kind service port ?

Sophos support access function need to open what kind service port ?

In my lab ,XG is inside firewall.

But Now Need to open support access, is created Support Access ID.

Support Say: my ID is invalid, it is most likely it has expired.

I think is Architecture problem.

XG is behind palo alto, so what kind service or setting i need to recheck?

Hi,

it will be an ssh connection and you will probably need a userid and password at admin level.

Yes I did to, Device access to open wan or lan ssh service.

And in "Public key authentication for admin" option was setting support gave me information.

Internet<------Palo Alto(need set any policy ??)<------Route<-------XG(can get ID)
