Fan replacement for XG210

A bit of an odd request here, but an XG210 Rev 3 appliance that I'm putting in a home (yes, overkill).  Is it possible to replace the system fan, and if so recommendations on a compatible fan?  Given it's going in a home office, would really like the noise to be a a minimum.

We need pictures of that fan.  Preferably pulled out of the X210 box. I assume your talking about the steel box cooling fan and not  the CPU fan.  All fans have parts number often on the rotary parts itself.  There are interchange tables everywhere on the net.  And large suppliers for it.  It is normally easy to find and change.  Most fan are categorized by their size, 20x20, 40x40, et.c.  Then their part numbers indicates options.  PWM, speed, connectors, etc.  This where it could be a little complicated.  If you were talking about the CPU fan, it depends if it is glued or mechanically fixed.  There are video on the net showing how to remove glued cpu fans.
