Fan replacement for XG210

A bit of an odd request here, but an XG210 Rev 3 appliance that I'm putting in a home (yes, overkill).  Is it possible to replace the system fan, and if so recommendations on a compatible fan?  Given it's going in a home office, would really like the noise to be a a minimum.

    Did you get anywhere with this?  I am doing the exact same thing with an ebayed sg210 that I'm running xg home on for home use and the fans are ridiculous for a machine with a Celeron and an ssd.  Curious if you went forward and if so what fans you went with... thanks!
