Cyberoam factory reset

Hello.
I have a problem with the Cyberoam factory reset. After attempting to connect the device via RS323 I can not perform any operations, because instead of letters / numbers only fuzzy symbols appear. The program I use - PUTTY. I changed the speed value from 9600 to 36400, but it did not help.

Please help.
