I do not need a backup. I need MPLS and VPN work together

Can you explain what you want to archive with this solution?

Yes. I want to do load balancing between VPN and MPLS

i am quite sure this is not possible. 

You need to think about the technology, which is taking place here. The Routing decision is already done so the packet flow is set.
