IPSEC VPN - Ends cannot ping each other

We have managed to get an IPSEC VPN (IKEv2) up and running with a preshared key between an XG125 (v17.1.1-MR1) and a Fortinet D140.

At the XG end we have a 192.168.20.0/24 address range and at the Fortinet end we have a 192.168.10.0/32 address range.

We have Inbound and Outbound VPN to LAN and LAN to VPN rules set with "Any Service" allowed.

Do we need anything else?
