Service SMTPD MTA are down

Hello, 

i've got a question about the E-Mail Service in the Sophos XG firewall. 

 

Since Today the Services: SMTPD and MTA are dead. 

 

So it is not possible to send an e-mail. Some got an idea, what i can do ?
