IMPOSIBLE ACCEDER AL PORTAL DE USUARIO DESDE LA WAN

Hola amgos soy nuevo en esta comunidad y quiero manifestar que es imposible acceder al usaurio de portal para poder descargar la vpn cliente y asi dar el uso adecuado. ya configure los certificados y luego cree la vpn por ssl. adicionalmente cree una politica ene l firewall de wan to lan y luego di acceso desde los dispositivos a que accdieeran desde la wan al portal del usuario pero no me permite me meustra una falla de autenticacion. se supone q en el usuario le di al acceso de que accdiera a la vpn. ayuda por favor

    Hello Christian,

    Could you check if the user  is external via AD or internal? Please check if you are able to access by changing the password and try again. I this steps did not work, then you may procvide us the Log Viewer logs on authentication module.
