Explanation of web policies

Can some point me to a good explanations of policies particularly under Protection -> Web? Are these applied to the fire wall and if how?

    Hi,

    web policies are applied to the firewall rule you assign them to. You can build your own web policy instead of the generic defaults. Please an example of how to apply the web policies from my XG.
