Problem in communication between zones

I am using sophos xg on vmware. and i want for Dmz to communicate with WAN. I created a rule that is correct but the trafic does not pass. the DMZ zone is on vmnet5 and the WAN network is bridged. here is my screenshots to my sonfiguration. Thanks for the help

    Hi,

    May be, thats because you have selected the "Match Known User" option in the FW Rule. Please uncheck that option and update us. The option is used to match the unknown traffic against an authenticated User to allow or drop the traffic towards WAN.
