How to clear DNS cache ?

You will need to stop all services or power the device off. I have found from past issues that a restart does not clear all data, only a power off does.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried by stop all services and start again. But no luck. I can't power off the device for now, as it's working hour for us. I'll try and update you.

This workaround should clear the DNS cache:

1. Go to Configure -> Network -> DNS

2. Click "Apply" on the DNS configuration (you don't need to change anything)

3. Wait a few seconds until dns service is restarted
