RED50 PPPoE support?

In the firewall configurations for RED interface, if you have selected DHCP as Uplink Connection then you should have no problem to establish a RED tunnel between the XG and the RED.

Where can I enter my PPPoE username/password then?

Then WAN connection on the RED50 device needs PPPoE in order to establish a connection.

That will be defined in the PPPoE router and once the internet is UP through the router, you have to physically connect the router to the RED device on the interface where you had your static line plugged in.

That's the issue.. the RED50 is currently directly connected to the modem (bridge mode) with a static IP.
The ISP now demand to make use of PPPoE instead of direct static IP addresses.

So from my understating, we need to have an additional router which can perform PPPoE between the modem and RED50.

You just need to configure the existing mode in a gateway mode and configure it to lease IP via DHCP.
