STAS - Administrator Live User

Hi all,

 

I am constantly hitting an issue with the administrator being the one logged into most PC's due to a service that runs periodically. I get this and I see other posts about it.

I have set the administrator account up in the STAS exclusion list but it has no effect. I have WMI / Log off detection and Inactivity time out configured but still get most PC's reporting the Admin was logged in as the live user.

 

How can I stop STAS seeing the administrator account even though its excluded?

    I also had to delete the user from the XG > Authentication > Users list, then restart STAS. After this the user no longer showed up for me.

    Also make sure the exception is added on every relevant domain controller.

    I also discovered this. I restarted the STAS but failed to remove it from live Users.

    Now I have done both the administrator login no longer shows.

    Sophos XG 450 (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1)

    Sophos R.E.D 50 x 2

    Always configuring new stuff.....
