Sophos XG MTA Relay port for external client

I configured the Sophos XG rel. 17.1.1 in MTA mode with an host based relay to internal Exchange server 2013. All works as expected except the external clients such as Outlook (configured as IMAP or POP3).Clients are able to send mail using only port SMTP 25. Is this the expected behaviour or can I set the tls port 587?


The 587 port is available if I set a DNAT rule to forward all traffic on WAN (SMTPS 587) on internal mail server. I think that this configuration is not needed in MTA mode.

 

 

Could someone support me? What's wrong with my setup?
