The setting for streaming content is under Protect > Web > General.  In one of the sections, you must click a blue link at the bottom of the box to expand the box and expose the option.

I just went there and “Scan audio and video files” is already unchecked. The problem remains. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks!

Hover your mouse over the red Firewall icon in the log.  You should get a popup with additional information.

Looking at this log, Firewall Rule 0 is casing the issue.  I believe that is the Default Web Policy.  Is that the Firewall Policy in which you tuned off Scan HTTP?

Whatever Firewall Rule it is, try turning off the rules in the policy first.  It that doesn't solve the issue, try turning off the policy itself.

That traffic was denied as invalid traffic and because the firewall could not associate packet to any connection.

Have you tried using a different policy or making your own in place of the Default Web Policy?

I created this firewall rule for my static IP Apple TV. Is this dangerous to not be scanning HTTP for my Apple TV or any other computer on my network?

Hi,

no scanning is only risky if you are doing things other than watching TV. To improve the security you could change the services to those used by the Apple TV only.
