AD Integration

Integration of XG with AD

Installed and configured Sophos Transparent Authentication Suite on both ADs, both Agent and collector are installed on both Servers, one Collector list is configured on one server pointing to the other server, it is running ok and if I go to Advanced = Show live users, it shows the users which have logged in to the domain.
 
What Next?

From firewall, I have added AD from authentication=server both ADs servers, but on Test Connection it shows an error.
I have followed all the articles but it is not working, kindly help me.

Hyper-v Server 2016 Domain Controllers.
XG Firmware SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8.

    Hi Mahmud,

    So reading through your description, I believe the authentication works well and the Users fall into the desired groups. It's only the connectivity TEST from the XG to the AD server fails. Correct me if I misunderstood it. PM me access_server.log and csc.log to analyze and investigate further. Also, a configuration screenshot will help.

    It is not, They still using client based connection, I just do the test to make sure is ok, but it is not, as well, if I go to manage to import the group or OU for which the integration will be, and at 1st step Step 1: Provide Base DN for groups I receive 'Error:Strong(er) authentication required'.
