ssl vpn problem

Hello I configured a XG 105 for VPN SSL connection.

I have a internal nas in my network that have this ip address 192.168.30.10 and I want to access to SSH and Windows Share.

Once connected using VPN I'm able to 

telnet 192.168.30.10 22

and I see a response

but if I try 

ssh user@192.168.30.10 I don't have any response....

 

Same issue connecting to another internal SSH server.

I'm not able also to connect to the windows share...

 

What could be the problem ?
