My iphone’s Alibaba app messenger does not “connect” when using the Sophos XG firewall. The app does connect just fine when I use a different network.
How do I figure out which area or feature of XG is blocking it so I can unblock it?
As a note, the alibaba website works just fine. It’s only the messenger portion of their iPhone app that forever says “connecting”, but never actually does.
Below is the log that I see, the destination IP is Alibaba which is expected. This is being denied by my firewall and perhaps causing my Alibaba iphone app to not function properly.
