Arlo Cameras - Can't connect via laptop wifi

I recently purchased a Netgear Arlo camera system. I can login to my Arlo system from my phone app and see my cameras on 4G or home wifi, which tells me the system is working. When I am at home (laptop connected to wifi), I can't seem to login to arlo.netgear.com from a browser, unless I bypass the firewall. My current firewall rules allow the Arlo hub out to *.arlo.netgear.com, and incoming temporarily allows WAN-Any to the Arlo hub. Does anyone else have an Arlo system and can help me setup the firewall rules, or any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

  • HI,

you do not need an incoming firewall rule if the device is similar to my netamo station. The device should be establishing a connection to the netgear server which you would log into to connect back to your camera.
