Dynamic DNS and EasyDNS functionality

I'm using XG 17.1.1 and have EasyDNS configured as my Dynamic DNS provider. Even though the DNS entry updates without issue, the status page (Network -> Dynamic DNS) says "Failed" and "Unknown Error."

Here is an excerpt of ddc.log that shows the "NOERROR" response seems to have been parsed to "ERROR."

Any help?

Hi Dakster,

Is it just a UI status error? or the DDNS hostname is also not working. If the DDNS hostname is not reachable, then delete the DDNS configuration and reconfigure it and then DM me the full log file. I would also like to read the csc.log and WINGc.log.

Thanks. This is just a UI status error. The DDNS host name updates fine.

This is a known issue and the reference ID is NC-21728. The issue is fixed in the present version that your XG resides on. If you are still facing this issue, I will request you to raise a support case and get it investigated.

Thanks. Once again, it still works, just a display issue. I am on 17.1.1 and the UI still displays incorrectly. I can PM you whatever logs you wish if that would help in addition to the ddc.log excerpt from above. I will also delete and re-establish the DDNS entry before I do this.
