XG HA active-passive - single DSL-line

Question

Hi, 
 so, the new SFP-modules for DSL-links are avaiable and I was thinking about a active-passive situation with a single DSL-link. 
 Of course, it's not best-practise, but how can I achieve this? In the old days I put a modem infront of the XGs, every XG with a link to this modem. 
 Does anybody know how the DSL-module act in a HA situation? Does the passive module tries to sync too?

This is what official Sophos says about it: 
 As the functionality in HA scenarios has not been tested, we cannot confirm compatibility for any HA deployments at this time.

Hi Roboto, 
 As mentioned ,it is not a recommended setup. You woul still use the DSL modem that would be much convienent . You may test and let us know if it works for you. You my try after office Hours or downtime and test it..
