Block website (Facebook & Youtube) with notification prompt page

Hi All,

Web Filtering requirement received from our customer is to prompt notification page each time user access to control website as per subject above.

We have configured the policy using KB below by control specific host/open clientless match.

However, targeted machines/host still able to access the control website unless application control is enable which doesn't prompt the notification page.

Appreciate if anyone can guide or perhaps highlight certain configuration needed that i were overlooked which can meet the requirement without importing XG cert to target machine which Sophos UTM https light scanning able to achieve. Thanks

Verify the Firewall rule through which the traffic is passing using the packet capture How to monitor traffic using packet capture utility in the GUI.

also share the screenshot of your firewall rule, web filter policy nad packet capture.
