Why is a service account keep being used for all other users activities when using STAS on XG?

For context, which service account is being shown? Have you tried excluding this service account in STAS and observing your log entries then?

This is the service account for Endpoint protection. I have not tried that. Will try in the morning. If this is the case, would that be enough to fix this issue?

So it looks like that service account logs in and out of each computer and STAS sees that login and takes that and send it to XG. Thanks for the help. Excluding that account and then removing it from users database on XG did the trick.
