Why is a service account keep being used for all other users activities when using STAS on XG?

 Currently have a XG unit installed and using LDAP server to authenticate users through STAS. Each time a user goes online, the username on the log is the service account. Looking through the STAS logs and I see that the user is changed each time. Any way to fix this?

    I have a job that runs on a Sunday night that reboots the PC's - this runs as a service account and the next day I see the XG see's that user as a Live user on many PC's

     

    I wonder if its the same?

    Do you have Log off Detection etc enabled in STAS?
