You can also modify the failover rule and point it to most reliable server as bellow

Also When someone watches a video (HD) the connection is slowing down. The cause of slow link overload is caused. We have a connection speed of 100Mbps. but it shows 50mbps continuous.

what is the value here?

Have you replaced their existing firewall? Or this is just a one PC connected to the SophosXG device?
