Sophos XG210 Internet Connection Down

Question

Hello there, 
 The internet connection is disconnecting for 10 or 20 seconds. Then he comes back. but the gateway is not down. Chrome or IE does not open the page either. It refreshes after 10 seconds. The problem persists for about 1 month. The customer says he does not want sophos. Help me very urgently.

 Kindly verify the firewall Failover Rules of your gateway under Network > WAN link Manager. 
 
 You can also modify the failover rule and point it to most reliable server as bellow

 It means XG210 is suitable for enterprise guard subscription. I suggest to check the fail over rules and make it as a public DNS as stated above by Sir Ronak.
