I have a Sophos router with three NICs on a business internet connection. One NIC is incoming WAN, another is an internal network, and the third is an external network (phones, tablets, guests, etc). My son has started a venture using multiple static IPs connected to the external network interface. He has gotten to the point where he would like to control his own firewall rules/DNATs, etc. Is it possible for me to keep my router in place for my networks and then add a router on the external (or another, I can always add more NICs) interface such that I can pass that connection through to his firewall untouched as much as possible, and he can control his own rules? Thanks for your time.
