Vpn config file is 0KB

Hi Friends,

We use Sophos Xg with version 17.06. We have a problem in this software. When we downloaded Vpn config file for windows. The size of file is shown as 0KB. Because of this, We cant connect vpn. Verify failed error is shown in vpn logs.

Please help me. I tried regenerate certificate but didnt work.

Hello Samet,

Try to fill in the SLL VPN certificate and the Default certificate.

Please re-download the VPN.

This may also be related to an issue with updating patterns.

On the XG, if you go to Backup & Firmware > Pattern updates , what is the status for "SSLVPN Clients" patterns ?

Are you able to manually update the patterns as well or do you get an error message ?
