OTP mistake since i update last firmware

Hi

i doing the SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8 update on saturday and since i can't connect to my userportal or VPN SSL with account needing OTP code

Sorry to hear about this issue you've been experiencing. Would it be possible to provide more clarity with your situation?

After updating to v17.0 MR-8, you are no longer able to sign in to the User Portal or authenticate your credentials for a SSL VPN session, using an account that has been configured for use with OTP?

What error message are you experiencing?

i just have this error notify me : authentication failed

User XXXX failed to login to MyAccount through RADIUS,Local,AD authentication mechanism because of wrong credentials

I fint the solution

It was stupid time error my sophos have one shift hour than my current time
