Thanks for the reply. Any way we were able to establish the VPN in between Azure and cyberaom. We have used IKEv1 over policy based for the implementation.

there are couple of limitation between IKEv1 and Policy based routing in IPsec with Azure VPN.

Highly recommended to use IKEv2 from Microsoft site.
