Automatic ping report on separate port and ip range

Hi there,

I would like to setup a report that will alert me if something is down. here is the problem.

The device i need to monitor is on a separate ip range (192.168.15.XXX) on another port (Port D), my internal network is on port A with IP range 192.168.19.XXX 

I need to have a monitor that will alert me (via email) that a certain device has lost connectivity (Ping loss), since I am not able to ping that the device from my internal network. (I currently run PRTG on one of my extra pc's that monitors my local ip range)

Any help will be appreciated
