Problem with Adobe CC

Users in our network cannot update nor install Adobe CC products. I added a URL group with these addresses (adobe.com, ftcdn.net, ccmdl.adobe.com, swupmf.adobe.com, swupdl.adobe.com) and allow http and https. I also added exception with matching URL ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?adobe\.com/. Still users cannot update/install adobe cc products. Please help, what to do?

  • Hi,

Short question : Did you check all Logs in log viewer while trying to update?

I talk about something like ATP, IPS false positive, App control blocks etc.

    Cheers

  • Hi,

It was the IPS. I am using the default lantowanstrict policy, changed it to LAN to WAN  and it successfully connected. Temporarily will use LAN to WAN policy and will investigate further on what signatures it is being blocked.

    Thanks for the help.
