One of our customers has Sophos firewall xg as well as sophos central endpoint and have heartbeat feature turned on. Now whenever there is a "at risk" computer, the firewall does not allow the endpoint internet access and user gets a message on this screen. My question is that is the message customisable and can we include our own instructions in that message?
Also one question regarding "At risk" computers, is it possible to get an email alert when a computer goes from safe to at risk, so we can clean the PC proactively and the user will not get stuck while working as his internet will stop.
