vpn problems

hi, all I have a vpn connection with Sophos xg firewall, I can connect to vpn on a some LAN network but when I try to connect from outside it does not work could someone help me please.

Hi, I have the same problem but upside down

I can connet by wawn, but in LAN can't connect.

How is your firewall rules?
