Need to create PPTP on XG85w can i get the steps to do so.

I want to allow user to call from his mobile phone via VOIP application for that i need to create PPTP on XG85w, can i get the full steps to do so,

Please suggest if anyone knows a free android application for VoIP calling before we were using Cyberoam & Zoiper Voip application but call is not stable on it,
