One way routing problem

Dear people,

We have the XG in production, but have only one problem left which i want to solve.

When an application server has the XG as gateway there is no problem to go outside our internal network or other company which is connected via a VPN. However , if i want to connect from the other company to the application server, nothing works. When i add the route on the application server of that company everything works fine.

 

So, it looks like a firewall issue, but when i add as example two firewall rules with ; Servername to any any and any any to servername it also don't work.

 

Is there anyone with suggestions?

    Hi,

     

    you said that if you add the route it works, isn't it a route problem or default route problem ?

    I'm not sure to get the full scheme. Could you precise a little which server/network can or can't access what ? And where do you add a route to solve the problem ?
