Issue to send scheduled reports

Hi everyone!

I have an appliance with SFOS 17.0.8 MR-8 version. The issue is when i want to send a test mail or schedule a report, emails are not being received

I dont have issues with inbound or outbound emails, just with autogenerated system emails

The xg is in legacy mode and it was operating correctly for 2 days and after, it was unable to send reports anymore

any suggestion about where can I start?

I have a open case with sophos, but we hadn't find anything
