How to fix an Internet Lost Connection

Hi, good day to everybody.

 

I need some help to fix this problem: i have a router that bring internet and network service to my sophos firewall xg, this firewall has DHCP relay to the main router. The router has bandwidht manager and load balancing, so thats the reason i use dhcp relay. Also when my WAN1 fail, it turns to WAN2 automatly, but for some reason i lost my internet connection. I think is because both services (WANS) has different gateways, so i need to refresh the settings on the sophos, does anybody know how could set up this to work automatly too or at least manually?

    Hi,

    I suspect the issue being a bug in the XG not seeing the external interface failing and requesting a DHCP refresh. I do not understand your use of dynamic IP addresses on your WAN interfaces, try using static IP addressing?
