We are planning for a big network (2500 Chrome OS Users) and I am asking a simple question about IPS configuration for the Chrome OS policies. There is no specific IPS signature for the Chrome OS in the XG firewall IPS (I didn't find on another vendor also). Yes, I know that There are some signatures for the Chrome Browser, Malware etc and Chrome OS that there is no (less) malware inspection reported yet.
Do we really need to IPS on the Chrome User's policy? If required then Which type of malware signatures (Windows/Linux etc) required?
