port forwarding in sophos xg firewal

I have Sophos XG firewall CR50iNG runnig firmware 17.0.6 MR6.

I want to do port forwarding for one utility running at port 443.

I want to access that utility via: https://ipadress:4443 from WAN; the utility is running in server at 443 port.

But when I create a DNAT rule under firewall like:

• Source Zones: WAN
• Allowed Client Networks: Any
• Destination Host/Network: WAN IP
• Protected Servers: HP-Server
• Protected Zone: DMZ

Under services I created like:

Name: HP-HTTPS

Protocol: TCP

Source Port: 4443

Destination Port: 443

But after creating the above rule the traffic is not going through it,, rule is not working,, why?
